This Payment & Billing Policy explains how Foxelin™, owned and operated by IMG Helping Hands Corp, manages payments, billing, and related authorizations for purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal), and other secure gateways listed at checkout. Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify accepted methods at any time.

3. Payment Authorization

When you submit payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and that sufficient funds or credit are available. By completing your order, you authorize Foxelin™ (or its third-party processor) to charge the full amount of your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

4. Secure Processing

All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols and processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. Foxelin™ never stores full credit-card numbers or security codes on its servers. We maintain administrative and technical safeguards to protect billing information.

5. Taxes & Duties

Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout according to the shipping destination and current U.S. state laws. If applicable, local or regional taxes will be included in your order total. International customers (once global shipping launches) are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees imposed by their own governments.

6. Order Verification & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we may verify payment details or request additional information before approving an order. If suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected, Foxelin™ reserves the right to decline or cancel the transaction and refund any captured funds.

7. Billing Information Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing details. If your payment information changes (e.g., card expiration or billing address), update it immediately through your account or by contacting info@foxelin.com. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect data.

8. Payment Timing & Receipts

Payment is captured at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-orders). A digital receipt will be emailed once payment has been successfully processed. If a payment is declined, no order will be fulfilled until a valid method is supplied.

9. Pre-Orders & Deposits

For limited or early-access products, Foxelin™ may collect full payment or a deposit to reserve your item. Estimated shipping dates will appear on the product page, and updates will be provided via email if timelines change. Deposits are refundable only if the product is canceled by Foxelin™.

10. Subscription or Membership Payments

If Foxelin™ offers ongoing memberships or digital programs, recurring charges will occur on the schedule displayed at enrollment. You may cancel any recurring service by emailing info@foxelin.com at least five (5) days before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

11. Refunds & Adjustments

Approved refunds (per our Return & Exchange Policy) are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing. Depending on your bank, funds may take additional time to appear. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our part.

12. Currency Conversion & International Use

All prices are charged in USD. If your payment method operates in another currency, conversion rates and fees are determined by your card issuer or payment provider. Foxelin™ is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations or foreign-transaction fees.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks harm small businesses. If you believe an error occurred, contact info@foxelin.com within seven (7) days so we can resolve it promptly. We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks through proper channels.

14. Errors & Corrections

In the event of a pricing or billing error, we will contact you to confirm the correct amount before proceeding. If payment has already been made, any overcharge will be refunded to your original method. Foxelin™ may cancel transactions resulting from typographical or system errors.

15. Policy Updates

This Payment & Billing Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational changes, new technology, or legal requirements. The most recent version will always be available on our website with the current effective date.
