Foxelin™ creates luxury performance apparel, medical lifestyle wear, athletic and golf attire, pickleball and tennis collections, travel accessories, and NFC membership cards under the PhysiciansFame™ series. Every product is designed for purpose, longevity, and precision. Because we prioritize craftsmanship, many pieces are produced in limited quantities. Availability cannot be guaranteed.

4. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in all descriptions, imagery, pricing, and color presentation. However, variations in lighting, screen settings, or production may occur. All product details are subject to change without prior notice. Foxelin™ is not liable for typographical, photographic, or technical errors.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes will be calculated based on your shipping address and displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

6. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and other secure payment options through authorized payment processors. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All transactions are encrypted and processed in compliance with PCI DSS security standards.

7. Order Processing & Acceptance

An order confirmation email will be sent after you place an order. This confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. Foxelin™ reserves the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order for suspected fraud, payment issues, or policy violations;
• Limit the number of items purchased per customer;
• Modify or discontinue any product or collection at our discretion.

Orders are accepted only once payment has cleared and product availability is verified.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped from Delaware, United States. Estimated processing time: 1–3 business days. Shipping timelines vary depending on destination, method, and courier. Foxelin™ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather disruptions.

9. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied, please review our Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility and process. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Personalized or NFC-enabled items are final sale and cannot be returned.

10. Membership & NFC Cards

The PhysiciansFame™ Metallic NFC Networking Card, created by Foxelin™, grants exclusive membership privileges and digital access features. This card and its digital utilities are non-transferable and do not constitute ownership in IMG Helping Hands Corp or any intellectual property. Foxelin™ may update, modify, or suspend membership benefits or integrations at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All text, product names, designs, logos, images, videos, graphics, icons, and other materials displayed on the Site are the sole property of IMG Helping Hands Corp (DBA Foxelin™) and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and design laws. No element of the Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, or exploited without prior written consent.

12. User Accounts & Conduct

If you create a Foxelin™ account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activity occurring under your account. You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity;

• Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt Foxelin systems or data.

Foxelin™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
