1. Our Commitment

Every garment and accessory produced by Foxelin™ represents precision, performance, and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept qualifying returns or exchanges within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items returned outside the 14-day window or that fail inspection will be shipped back to the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized garments.
  • PhysiciansFame™ Metallic NFC Cards once activated.
  • Items purchased during limited-time or clearance events.
  • Gift cards and digital credits.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email info@foxelin.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery and include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Ship your parcel using a trackable, insured carrier within five (5) business days of receiving the RA. Unauthorized returns without an RA may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

After inspection and approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 – 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and processing times vary by financial institution.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for alternate sizes, colors, or comparable styles when inventory allows. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued at your preference.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@foxelin.com within 48 hours of receipt and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a prompt replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return results from an error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable service; Foxelin™ is not liable for parcels lost in transit.

9. Quality Inspection & Hygiene Standards

Returned products are examined upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or fragrance will be considered ineligible for refund or exchange and returned to the sender.

10. International Orders

Foxelin™ currently fulfills orders within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, return procedures and duties for overseas customers will be published on our website.

11. Policy Updates

We may revise this Return & Exchange Policy at any time to reflect operational or legal changes. All updates will appear on this page with the new effective date.
