1. Our Commitment

Every garment and accessory produced by Foxelin™️ reflects precision, performance, and craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept qualifying returns or exchanges within fourteen (14) days of delivery, in accordance with California law.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange in California:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
• All original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included.
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• Returns submitted after 14 days or that fail inspection may be returned to the customer.

California consumers have the right to cancel purchases within a reasonable time if goods are not as described or are defective, even if outside our standard return window.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, consistent with California law:

• Customized or personalized garments.
• PhysiciansFame™️ Metallic NFC Cards once activated.
• Items purchased during limited-time or clearance events.
• Gift cards and digital credits.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email info@foxelin.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Ship your parcel using a trackable, insured carrier within five (5) business days of receiving the RA. Unauthorized returns without an RA may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

After inspection and approval:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• California law requires timely refund processing for consumers; Foxelin™️ ensures compliance.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for alternate sizes, colors, or comparable styles when inventory allows. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose between a refund or store credit.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@foxelin.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange prompt replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you, consistent with California warranty and consumer protection laws.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping, except when the product is defective/incorrect or Foxelin™️ made an error in shipping. California law requires that consumers not bear the cost of returning defective or mis-shipped items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service; Foxelin™️ is not liable for parcels lost in transit.

9. Quality Inspection & Hygiene Standards

Returned products are examined upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or fragrance will be considered ineligible for refund or exchange and returned to the sender.

10. International Orders

Foxelin™️ currently ships only within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, return procedures, duties, and taxes for overseas customers will be published on our website.

11. California-Specific Rights

• California residents may have additional protections under California Civil Code §§ 1723–1725, including the right to return defective merchandise beyond our standard policy.
• Certain sales may be subject to California’s “Cooling-Off Rule” (5-day right to cancel) if purchased outside our physical store.

12. Policy Updates

We may revise this Return & Exchange Policy at any time to reflect operational or legal changes. All updates will appear on this page with the new effective date.
